Grade 1

Hematoma

Subcapsular, nonexpanding without parenchymal laceration實質完整

Contusion

Microscopic or gross hematuria, urologic studies normal可能有血尿，可以做IVU或是Contrast CT。

Grade 2

Laceration

<1.0 cm parenchymal depth of renal cortex without urinary extravagation

小於一公分的撕裂傷

Hematoma

Nonexpanding perirenal hematoma confirmed to renal retroperitoneum

Grade 3

Laceration

>1.0 cm parenchymal depth of renal cortex without collecting system rupture or urinary extravagation

大於一公分的撕裂傷

Grade 4

Vascular

Main renal artery or vein injury with contained hemorrhage腎門受傷

Laceration

Parenchymal laceration extending through renal cortex, medulla, and collecting system腎實質和腎皮質受傷

Grade 5

Vascular

Avulsion of renal hilum which devascularizes kidney 腎門斷裂

Laceration

Completely shattered kidney腎臟破碎狀

①1腎實質完整、5腎臟破碎

②2腎實質破裂小於一公分、3腎實質破裂大於一公分、4腎皮質破裂

③4腎門受傷、5腎門斷裂
