0 Non-Diagnosis Repeat 細針抽吸 -
1 良性 超音波 Follow up 0-3%
2 AUS or FUS Repeat 細針抽吸 5-15%
3 懷疑 Follicular neoplasm 開掉！！！ 15-30%
4 懷疑 Malignancy 開掉！！！ 60-75%
5 Malignancy 開掉！！！ 97-99%

從Follicular neoplasm是分界線，機率大於1/6就要開刀。
