第三代試管嬰兒，就是在植入之前需要做胚胎的檢查，就是切一些細胞來看看

• PGD = Preimplantation genetic diagnosis
• PGS = Preimplantation genetic screening
• PGT-A for Aneuploidy screening, PGT-SR for structural rearrangement (translocation or inversion), PGT-M for Monogenetic disorder (myotonnic dystrophy, fragile X, SMA)。

做試管產生Ectopic pregnancy的機率是 3.4% 。

做試管產生Heterotopic pregnancy (合併妊娠，指子宮內孕與子宮外孕同時發生) 的機率是 1%。

OHSS 卵巢過度刺激症候群(Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome)

原因：Hyperestrogenemia，還有RAAS活化，體內hCG過高。

病生理：此時身體發炎會有類似發燒的症狀。嚴重的話會有胸水復水、腎衰竭、ARDS、血液凝集。

治療：休息、冷凍胚胎暫停懷孕、Antagonist protocol with GnRH-agonist trigger、IVM (In vitro maturation)
