病生理

• 形成大量 hydroxide(過氧根)，導致脂質氧化及細胞死亡

臨床症狀

• Oral ulceration
  
• Nausea
• Renal tubular necrosis
• Hepatotoxity
• Bile retention
• Die in multiple organ failure in few days (<10 days)
• Massive free radical resulting in lung destruction and pulmonary fibrosis

診斷

• 診斷主要依靠病史詢問。
• 輔佐診斷用PE
  • 出現oropharyngeal burns in the case of oral exposure
  • acute kidney failure
  • metabolic acidosis
  • acute respiratory distress syndrome
• 確認診斷：urine or blood test, such as dithionite test

治療

• 最重要：洗胃、然後使用活性碳
• 其他治療：給予steroid, vit C, vit E或許有幫助，沒有特定的解毒劑，主要還是以支持療法為主
• 控制嘔吐
